We encourage you personalize your home and space to fit you! Please limit the number of nails used in the walls and look to use damage proof strips such as 3M Command Picture Hanging strips, and avoid anything that might cause major damage. When you move out, we simply ask that the walls are restored to their original condition.

We will send an application form to you through email. In order to apply for a unit, you will need to provide the following to your Customer Care Coordinator:

• ID
• Proof of income (two recent paystub)
• Bank statement shows your income
• A guarantor may be required
• Application to Lease form filled out, front and back, by all applicants (including, if necessary, the guarantor)
